What are the delivery methods and times?
Standard delivery :
Free from 101 euros of purchase in France, 151 euros in the European Union.
Place your order from Monday to Friday before 1 pm, for a delivery
- within 2 to 5 working days in France
- within 3 to 10 working days for the European Union
- 7 to 15 working days for the rest of the countries covered by the delivery
Express delivery:
Possible on estimate, thank you to address your request to contact@reseaswimwear.com
How do I return my order?
Please send an email to contact@reseaswimwear.com with your order number and the reason for your return (use of the 14 day cooling off period or defect in the order). You will receive a confirmation email if the return conditions are met and you can send your order back to

Once your return has been received and checked by our services, your refund will be effective and your refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase within 15 working days.
For health and hygiene reasons, products such as lingerie or swimwear cannot be returned (exchanged or refunded) if they have already been worn.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Your order will be shipped from our workshop in France. For the countries of the European Union, no customs fees will be applied. Outside of these countries, it is possible that customs fees are applied by the customs of the country of delivery. The amount may vary depending on the country in question.
Are the shipping costs free?
Yes, from a small purchase amount and depending on the country of delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been finalized, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that it will be possible to modify your delivery address.
However, if you contact us within the hour following the placing of your order, we will do our utmost to respond favourably to your request.
What if there is a problem with my delivery?
In the event of a lost, stolen, or returned package, please send us an email to the following address: contact@reseaswimwear.com. We will then do our best to respond as quickly as possible to solve the problem.
Can I offer a swimsuit?
Yes you can buy a gift card.
You order a gift card and send it to the person of your choice by forwarding the order confirmation email.
How do I use a gift card?
When you complete your purchase, you can enter the unique code of the gift card. If the amount of the gift is higher than your purchase, you finish it; if the amount is lower, you are then offered to complete the balance by the payment method of your choice. Then you finish the order.How do I track the shipment of my order
When your order is shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website that will bring your order to you and will detail the delivery steps.
How do I choose my size?

How do I take care of my swimsuit?
To preserve the quality of your swimsuit, rinse it with clean, fresh water after each use. You can also use a delicate machine program at 30 degrees maximum. Do not soak your swimsuit, and avoid keeping it wet in its RE SEA pouch.
Finally, for care instructions, please refer to the label.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your purchases by credit card and PayPal.
For credit card payments, you must indicate your card number, its expiry date and the pictogram on the page provided for this purpose. We accept the following payment methods:
